Sauerkraut is a staple in our German household!  Pronounced “Sour-Krout” this fermented jar of goodness is made with finely chopped cabbage, caraway seeds and a blend of other spices.  Whether you are using our sauerkraut as a side dish or as the main attraction it is sure to bring in the raves from both family and friends.  Sauerkraut typically has a long shelf life but we doubt it will stay on your shelf for very long.
